Shipping & Returns

We like to think we're pretty flexible when it comes to returns and we'll always do our best to make sure you're happy with your purchase. We do have a number of basic guidelines that need to be adhered to, though. These are outlined below. Please note that failure to meet any of these guidelines can result in a refund, credit or exchange being denied.


General Return Guidelines

What can be returned?
Any item purchased can be returned UNUSED and in ORIGINAL packaging (excluding adhesives). Please package up the item very securely to make sure that it is not damaged upon receipt to Lash by Lash. If we receive a returned item that's been damaged, the refund claim will be denied and we'll send the item back to you. The return postage of the damaged item will be charged to you.


When do items need to be returned by?
Within 10 days of despatch from Lash by Lash.

How do I return an item?
Please include a copy of your invoice as well as the item (bubble-wrapped securely to avoid damage). Please email us on sales@lashbylash.com.au to advise of your return.

What about shipping for returns?
Shipping rates are refundable if the item is defective. If you simply change your mind, we can accept the item back, however, you will need to pay the return shipping cost. We think that's fair.  If you choose to exchange for an alternative item, you'll need to cover the shipping cost for us to send it to you. Shipping costs are $8.00 for items under 500g and $16.00 for larger items.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, we're happy to offer either a full refund of the item cost (excluding shipping costs) or, you are welcome to choose another item for the same value. 

Is there an in-store return option?
Unfortunately no. 


Packing recommendations.
Returns should be in sent back in original, unopened packaging. Please secure the item in bubble-wrap or similar to ensure the item is not damaged on return. If it is we will not be able to refund you. 



SHIPPING TERMS

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Standard shipping is free for orders over $70, Express shipping is free for orders over $100. We endeavour to dispatch the order the very next day. Express Post orders will be sent the day after ordering and should be delivered within 24hrs of dispatch to Metro areas.

Please be aware that we do not dispatch orders on a Sat, Sun or Monday. Should an item be returned to sender due to unclaimed post or an address incorrectly entered, we will contact you and the shipping cost will be charged to you to resend.
